Do you ship to Canada?
YES. A1 Scrubs does ship to Canada using BONGO INTERNATIONAL (see link @ home page).
Some Canadian consumers also ship orders to US border towns where they can pick up the package.
A1 Scrubs is not responsible for the return shipping of your order nor do we provide return shipping labels.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping time varies depending on your location and the brand you choose, anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. Shipping/transit time excludes weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days to process, pack and ship your order. View time in transit maps at each brand site.

What are the benefits of ordering from one manufacturer?
When you order within a brand you are more likely to have matching tops, pants and coordinating prints than if you mix brands due to dye lot changes and other brand specifications. You'll also have a more consistent fit within one brand as manufacturers tend to use different measurements and standards of fit than others.
Why is there a different site for each manufacturer?
We dedicate an entire site to each manufacturer to bring you the largest selection, widest variety and best prices online. This also helps you to create great looking outfits that will coordinate with matching shoes, accessories, prints and more. By having a dedicated site for each scrubs brand, we are able to provide instant discounts, free shipping offers and coupons that you won't see at other sites that will only offer a few scrub choices from each brand.
Why can't I combine Cherokee and Landau brands into one order?
A1 Scrubs is a factory direct authorized distributor and each brand ships direct from each manufacturer, therefore, we are unable to combine orders from different manufacturers. This allows us to offer a wider selection at lower prices than other sites. See combine brands >
What are these scrubs made of?
Most scrubs are made of a 65% Polyester/35% Cotton blend, unless otherwise specified. This is the best fabric blend to ensure color retention, minimal shrinkage and/or wrinkling (if any) and long lasting comfort. This blend is standard in the industry across all brands, but may vary by style.

Am I responsible for shipping my order back to A1Scrubs?
Unless you recieve a defective or mis-shipped item, you are responsible for return shipping to us, but we'll ship your new exchange order to you at no additional charge.
Does it matter what company I use to ship my scrubs back to you?
No, you may use any method to return your nursing scrubs order. We recommend using the US Postal Service for any return of 5 items or less. This is the best value. If you are returning 6 or more items, UPS is generally more cost effective. We always recommend shipping with some kind of proof of delivery or tracking number to ensure your order is delivered to us.
Avoid postal or shipping/packing retailers to return your a1scrubs order as they mark up shipping costs by up to 100%. If you're going to return items to us go directly to your local US Post Office or USPS.com. You can also ship packages easily using UPS.com online.
How do coupons effect my return, exchange or refund?
If you shop at any of our great nursing scrubs sites and take advantage of our instant coupons or online savings offers, then return part of your order for refund, bringing your final order cost below the amount that qualified you for the discount, the discounted amount will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging your order, your discount pricing is carried over to the exchange items you are requesting, so you get the same low prices you started with.
