Q: Am I responsible for return shipping cost?

We do not offer free return shipping, in most cases,
however, we do pay the shipping charges should you do an exchange versus a
return for refund. You are also not responsible for return shipping charges on
any garment that is defective or received incorrectly. If this happens contact

Q: How should I ship my return/exchange? A: We recommend taking your return directly to your local
post office and ask for the least expensive shipping method available with
tracking. Avoid pack and ship stores as they frequently charge twice what USPS
would charge you directly.
Q: If returning only, how long does it take to receive my
refund?

We process your refund within 1-2 business days of
receipt and depending on your payment method, it should show in your account
within 1-5 business days.
